Terms and Conditions of Participation in Mtn Auctions

By participating in auctions on mtnauctions.auction, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Bidding Process

If you make a mistaken bid, you may request a reversal by contacting us. However, reversals are not guaranteed and will be considered at our sole discretion, especially if the bid has influenced other bidders.

Winning bids are conclusive, and no modifications will be permitted once the auction closes.

2. Payments

Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, or Cash. All payments must be completed promptly.

3. Item Pickup

Items must be picked up or placed on hold within 14 days of the auction’s closing date.

To request a hold, contact us at admin@mtnauctions.com before the 14-day window expires.

Failure to pick up or place items on hold within the specified timeframe will result in the item being re-auctioned. Refunds will not be issued for paid items in such cases.

Accounts with repeated failures to pick up items may face suspension or permanent banning after case review.

Friday: 12 PM - 4 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 10 AM - 4 PM

Weekday pickups available by appointment only.

4. Item Conditions

Retail liquidation items may include customer returns, box-damaged goods, shelf pulls, or discontinued products. While most items are in excellent condition, minor imperfections or missing accessories may occur.

We conduct visual inspections and take photographs of each item but may not test functionality or features.

Refunds and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe an item warrants a return or refund, contact us at admin@mtnauctions.com.
