Terms and Conditions of Participation
By using this website and participating in auctions on mtnauctions.com, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:
Bidding Process
- ๐ You must be 18 years or older to place bids.
- โ All bids are final, binding, and cannot be retracted once submitted.
- โ๏ธ Mistaken bids may be reviewed for reversal, but this is not guaranteed.
- ๐ซ Winning bids are conclusive; no modifications are permitted after auction close.
Payments
- ๐ณ Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, or Cash.
- โณ Payments must be completed promptly to avoid account restrictions.
Item Pickup
- ๐ฆ Items must be picked up within 14 days of auction closing.
- ๐ To request a hold, email us at admin@mtnauctions.com before the deadline.
- ๐ซ Unclaimed items will be re-auctioned with no refunds.
- โ ๏ธ Repeated failures to pick up items may result in account suspension.

Pickup Hours:
๐ Friday: 12 PM - 4 PM | Saturday & Sunday: 10 AM - 4 PM | Weekday pickups by appointment.
Item Conditions
- ๐ Items may include customer returns, box-damaged goods, shelf pulls, or discontinued products.
- ๐ท We conduct visual inspections and provide photos but do not always test functionality.
- ๐ฐ Refunds & returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- ๐ค We stand by our products. If you get a useless item, we’ll make it right, every time.
Liability
- โ ๏ธ Mtn Auctions LLC is not responsible for any items once they leave our premises.
Governing Law
- โ๏ธ These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee.
